Creating a Zap in Zapier

1. After you've signed up, click on the "Make a New Zap" button.
2. Choose a Trigger app. I chose Google Sheets.

3.  Choose a trigger action within that app, then configure Google Account


4. I chose which sheet I wanted to take my information from. 
5. Now choose a trigger app. I chose Zoom for this.
6. Here I'm telling it to schedule a new meeting when triggered.
Confirming which fields populate what meeting information.  

Afterward, test the Zap to make sure it's working

It's working!
Zaps run every 15 minutes, but you can force it to run if need be
And you're done!
