Creating a Zap in Zapier
| 1. After you've signed up, click on the "Make a New Zap" button. |

| 2. Choose a Trigger app. I chose Google Sheets. |
| 3. Choose a trigger action within that app, then configure Google Account |
| 4. I chose which sheet I wanted to take my information from. |
| 5. Now choose a trigger app. I chose Zoom for this. |
| 6. Here I'm telling it to schedule a new meeting when triggered. |
| Confirming which fields populate what meeting information. |
| Afterward, test the Zap to make sure it's working |
| It's working! |
| Zaps run every 15 minutes, but you can force it to run if need be |
| And you're done! |
